I hold a bachelor’s degree in counselling (ACA Certified Level 2), diplomas in coaching through the Australian Institute of Professional Coaches, Relationship feminine energy coaching through Rori Raye, and I am currently training in advanced psychodynamic therapy. My work blends therapeutic insight with intuitive, body-based practices to support deep, lasting transformation.

My work is trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and warmly welcoming of women from all identities and walks of life.
